1. Maximum Charging Voltage (Full Charge Voltage)

   • For a 72V battery (20S lithium-ion cells):

     • Maximum Charging Voltage = 84.0V (4.2V per cell × 20 cells)

     • A 84V charger is required when charging.

2. Cut-Off Voltage (Minimum Discharge Voltage)

   • Safe Discharge Limit: About 60V–64V (3.0V–3.2V per cell)

   • Complete Discharge Voltage (Danger Level): Below 56V (Below 2.8V per cell → Risk of battery damage)

3. Recommended Charging and Discharging Range (Battery Lifespan Tip)

   • Optimal Charging Range: 80V–82V (Charge up to 80-90%)

   • Safe Discharge Range: Keep above 60V (Do not discharge below 30%)

Lithium-ion batteries can shorten their lifespan if they are frequently charged to 100% or discharged to 0%. The most efficient management method is to charge them to 80-90% and avoid discharging below 30%.
