- Unauthorized disassembly or modification
- Charging with wet hands
- Dropping or applying strong impact
- Cleaning with water or allowing moisture inside
- Long exposure to direct sunlight or overheating
- Leaving near children or pets
- Storage in snowy, rainy, or humid conditions
- Not controlling charge time properly
- Not disconnecting charger after full charge (risk of overcharging lithium batteries)
- Using non-standard chargers or ignoring specified conditions
- Reverse charging (can damage cells and circuitry due to polarity reversal)

 

✅ Temperature Guidelines 

- Charging Temperature: 0ºC ~ 45ºC
- Discharge Temperature: -20ºC ~ 60ºC
- Storage Temperature: 25ºC ± 3ºC
If storing for more than 2 months, maintain 70–80% charge level.

✅ Battery Disposal Guidelines

- Do not dispose of used batteries carelessly.
- Do not incinerate or burn (risk of fire or explosion).
- Do not dispose with household waste.
- Recycle according to local e-waste regulations.
- Isolate batteries of different chemistries when discarding.
- Fully discharge batteries before disposal to prevent short circuits.

• Same-day shipping for orders placed before 12 PM

  • Orders paid by 12 PM on the same day will be shipped on the same day.
    (Excludes custom orders, installation services, and some specific items)

  • Battery packs without cases will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • Battery packs with metal cases will be shipped within 14 business days due to case ordering.

  • Due to the nature of international shipping, delivery may take approximately 7-14 days after shipment.

  • Please allow extra time for international delivery as customs procedures and local conditions may cause further delays.

  • Responsibility for delays or losses during shipping may vary depending on the shipping carrier and overseas logistics situation. We appreciate your understanding.

Exchange, Refund, and Return Policy

• Exchanges, cancellations, returns, and refunds are possible within 7 business days after delivery.

• Order cancellation requests made by 12 PM on the order day will be processed the same day.

• Cancellation requests received after 12 PM will be processed the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays),
  and any round-trip shipping costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

• For exchange and return requests, please contact our customer service center by phone.

• Products resent by the customer will be exchanged or refunded only after being properly received by our company.

• Shipping costs incurred by using another courier without prior consultation will be borne by the customer.

• When the product itself (excluding packaging) is damaged due to the customer’s fault.

• When the customer has used the product or the value of the product has decreased over time.

• When the packaging of a replicable product is damaged.

• When a product is custom-made according to the customer’s order and canceling the contract is expected to cause significant damage to the business, provided the customer has been notified and agreed in advance.
